12+ Years of Bankruptcy Practice: Helping Clients Find a Fresh Start

After 12+ years practicing bankruptcy law (2014 - current), I have learned that financial difficulties can affect anyone. Here are some of the most common causes of individuals/families feeling uncertain about their future:

  • Job loss/reduction in OT

  • Issues with cars (expensive repairs à repossession/voluntary surrender)

  • Medical bills

Over the past dozen+ years, I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, understand their legal options, and work toward a fresh start. Each case presents unique situations, but the goal remains the same: Providing clients with clear guidance to the light at the end of the tunnel.
